I was going to Parit Buntar’s Pos Malaysia branch a few days ago. I arrived at that branch around 3.50pm. As a customer, I very unsatisfied with the service provided. With 5 counters that were designed and built up on that branch, only 3 counters were opened. Two counters for bill payment and etc and 1 counter for buy a stamp, courier, take parcel and etc.
I was very sad when one old man came to this post office, carrying a big box that need to be posted to his relative family, by the time his turn to the counter after queue up about 20 minutes, the post worker told him that the time for them collect the parcel (that big box) was over (already 4pm), therefore the old man have to come back tomorrow. Do all of you feel what I already felt on that time? How sad and embarrassed to the worker and Pos Malaysia.
Another thing, it is good to have a number so that customers don’t have to queue up. But with only 2 counters open, it didn’t help anything. That why I only go to Pos Malaysia to buy just the stamp. So to management of Pos Malaysia, please consider this if you have a sense of humanity inside you…
